SHIPPING POLICY

  • Most orders ship with eco friendly shipping and due to this the times are a bit longer than a standard big box store, usually to your door within 17-20 days.
  • Once your order has been marked as shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.


Wrong Address :
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.
Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Marked as delivered:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.
